The Federal Government of Nigeria has published the Gazette of the Nigeria tax reform acts that were signed into law in 2025.

Nigeria Revenue Service (Establishment) Act
Joint Revenue Board (Establishment) Act 2025

The reform seeks to increase investor confidence, improve the tax system’s efficiency, and boost the economy.
